Would you like additional support to develop healthier, more meaningful relationships? If so, come join the next relationship support group.

Women only: Age 21 + (8 maximum)

Session theme: Safe People: How to Find Relationships that are Good for You and Avoid Those That Aren't

The discussion topics include but are not limited to:

  • How do I know if someone is emotionally safe enough for me to trust?
  • How do I find people who are going to build me up rather than tear me down?
  • How do I protect myself from people who take away my freedom and energy?

Each week, participants will view video content based upon the book "Safe People" by Dr. Henry Cloud and Dr. John Townsend followed by discussion and opportunities to receive support for relationship challenges.‚Äč
