Rebekah Calla‚Äčhan, MS, LMFT

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist providing counseling for individuals, couples, groups and families in the state of Washington. I have provided counseling to adults, and adolescents in outpatient, intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization settings. My experience includes working with clients facing relationship challenges, depression, anxiety, eating disorders, body image, grief, loss, codependency, loneliness and spiritual abuse. In addition, I have experience providing process oriented and skills based group therapy. I provide Christian faith based counseling if you would like to incorporate that element as part of your counseling.


My primary theoretical orientation is family systems, and I use Emotion focused therapy for couples therapy. I also have training and experience with other theoretical orientations including, Acceptance and Commitment therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

Payment and Insurance

Sessions fee is $90 per 50 minutes

Payment and Insurance

  • 15 minute free phone consultation
  • Session fees: $130 for a 50 minute session. $150 for a 60 minute initial intake session
  • Payment is required at the beginning of each session. Payment options include: Cash, Check or Debit/Credit card. Some clients choose to use their Health Spending account benefits to cover office visits.
  • Callahan Counseling accepts Cigna, First Choice (Kaiser PPO), Optum/United Behavioral Health, Regence, Premera and Blue Cross/Blue Shield. If your insurance was not listed, you may be reimbursed for your session with Callahan Counseling through your out of network provider benefits.

Questions to ask your insurance company:

  • What percent will you cover for seeing an out of network marriage and family therapist?
  • What percent am I responsible for paying each session?
  • What is the deductible on my health plan for mental health benefits?
